In my last post I showed how to make vellum from regular copy paper. I thought I would share some pictures of ways that I used them in my projects.

I used the same technique on the book paper that I made into a rosette. I also used it on the image of the rabbit.

For this project I went to google images and typed in vintage Easter. These cute rabbit tags came up. I printed them off on my printer using regular copy paper. I inked them up and sprayed them with water to make they look more vintage. Then I oiled them down turning them into vellum. Once the oil was removed I glued them to the back of a Little Debbie's snack cake box the white inside part and another box I had that was brown on the inside. Putting the printed sides facing each other. Actually I cut each cardboard out separately with an oval die using my bigshot. I glued the pieces together and then glued the vellum on the cardboard white side and then cut the printed vellum paper off after it was glued down. Then I inked up the tag again making sure to get the edges well inked. Then I punched a hole and added jute ribbon and lace or what ever you have.
See you next time
